Vineyards in the Saint-Marc Ludes area

Vine side

In the vineyards we cultivate the three Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. These bring unique and complementary characteristics to our champagnes.
Intimately involved in sustainable and sustainable viticulture, we do everything we can to cultivate our vines in the most respectful way possible.

Tillage and reduction of inputs are there. The rigorous selection of bunches during the harvest allows for quality blends. They reflect the typicality of the terroir and the style that we want to give to our champagnes.

Guillaume

Regis

Since 1650

Indeed, according to records, the Régis family has been farming the vineyard since 1650. Over the centuries, they have passed on their know-how and their passion for viticulture from generation to generation, thus building a rich and deep heritage in the domain. of wine production. This long tradition testifies to their dedication to viticulture.

Legacy

Since 1928, Régis' grandfather has continued the family winemaking tradition. It was during the Great Economic Depression that winegrowers found themselves unable to sell their grapes to merchants due to the crisis. Faced with this difficult situation, they made a bold decision: to produce their own bottles of champagne. This initiative marked the start of a new era for winegrowers. They thus began to master all stages of production, from the vineyard to winemaking, but the family's history in viticulture goes back much further.

Guillaume took over the family estate, succeeding his father Régis, and thus perpetuating a long tradition of viticulture . With passion and dedication, he works to maintain and enrich the heritage passed down by his ancestors.
